Hello, my name is Flynn Brown, and I’m a custom guitar builder. Since 1985, when I saw one particular custom, handcrafted electric guitar, played by one of my first heroes George Lynch in a music video, showing a three dimensional sculpture of bones, not a flat graphic painting, I was hooked. I saw what guitars could be made to look like, the fun and flashy possibilities, while also sounding incredible.

Then players like Eddie Van Halen, and Brian May of Queen making their own guitars inspired me on my path to learning the centuries old craft work known as Luthiery. However, the Skull and Bones made by John “J.Frog” Garcia for George Lynch of Dokken was the true inspiration for my love of the craft

In 1987, I attended the National Guitar Summer Workshop in Hartford, CT for classes in Acoustic Guitar Repair & Fret Work, and touring the local Ovation Acoustic Guitar Factory. Over the years, I have been working on many of my own projects to hone my craft.

Now, living n Los Angeles since 2022, I have set out to create playable art for musicians and artists alike with my own creations.
